Used to be amazing, but the quality has gone down hill a bit over the last few months. My last two orders have been wrong, the tomatoes are no longer cut thick, and the bread is not as fresh as it used to be. Might just be my luck, but since my last five sandwiches haven't been great, I sadly won't be back. Hope everything improves again.Update: 12/03/19Bread was very fresh, but tomato slices are still very thin and the meat could be doubled as it is lacking from previous visits. I truly wish this deli was as good as it was before.

There are few delis in west virginia. Visit this one just to say you did. I hear they make great sandwiches.

Very good cold deli sandwiches and meat and cheese selection.

Great food, everything is handmade in front of you, just like Subway, but you can see the difference when you bite into your first bite! Everything is so fresh! It's not much more expensive than other places, but their sandwiches are not skimpy, and fill your appetite!

I love this place! They have an organic salad, pasta, olive bar at very reasonable prices! It's also the only place to get a good cannoli in town! But, those aren't the only reasons I like it - I am obsessed with their banana pepper rings which I normally don't like.. lol. I accidentally ordered them once, but they are the bomb... I really enjoy their sandwiches tooo :)

For years I always thought that it was odd that given the Italian hertage of this area that there were no Italian delis. First rate service and goods. I particularly like the olive bar and sandwiches.

1st time in, probably won't be back. I felt for the price the amount of meat was slacking. Bread wasn't fresh and was breaking up as I ate it. I wish they had a lunch combo, expensive for a quick lunch. I got the corned beef and chips, 12 bucks. I could have eaten more food at firehouse. I didn't get a drink cause I didn't feel like spending 15 dollars for lunch. Was hoping for more, disappointing.

We enjoy everything there is to be offered. It is great quality food, absolutely love the deli meats & salad bar. Really enjoyable & fresh.

Hermosilla's is always great! They have the freshest ingredients, including meat and cheese that is sliced right when you order your sandwich. They also have a salad bar that always looks great!

Oh. My. Goodness! This was, BY FAR, the absolute best deli I've ever encountered in West Virginia. The moment you even step into the establishment, the amazing scents and smells just wash through you and you absolutely know that you're about to eat something fantastic. I 100% recommend Hermosilla's Deli Market!

Recently moved here for a short period of time and this is now my GO TO! Great selections of fresh sliced to order meats and cheese! Quality takes time and Hermosillas delivers!

Oh. My. Gosh! I had heard so many good things about Hermosilla's that I simply HAD to check it out for myself and I was not disappointed in the least! I bought a pound of the kettle fried chicken and 1 lb. of the bruschetta jack cheese, along with Doggie Biscotti, a jar of Hot Pickled Garlic, and Ramp Salt. Simply. Freaking. Amazing!!! I WILL be back and I WILL recommend Hermosilla's to any and everyone who will listen! Yum, Yum, Yum!!!

Nice People!! Nice Looking Place!!

I love, love, love this place. I lived in New York City for 10 years and have missed the specialty shops there. This place reminds me of one of those shops. The food is superb, with many unexpected choices. They also have a small, but interesting section of cooler drinks & canned goods. The salad bar is superb. It even includes Greek stuffed grape leaves... yummy! The staff is really nice and helpful. There are many customers that make a point to stop by on long trips through the state. I feel lucky to have this quaint shop in Fairmont, especially in my neighborhood!

I absolutely loved this place! Wish there was one back home. They run a super clean store, along with some of the friendliest service I've ever met. When you go there be sure to ask to try they scorpion cheddar cheese, it is awesome! They have a huge selection of cheeses, meats, and other toppings for your sandwiches
